The surface of the pouch is heavily hand stitched and backed with soft felt - this creates a thick soft cushiony bag that is a joy to hold, perfect for tiny treasures - rocks, beads, jewellery or little notes of encouragement.

Inspired by make do and mend traditions, this pouch is a one of a kind artwork that celebrates slow intentional handwork. The piece is heavily stitched in multiple layers of intuitive hand embroidery slow stitching, created in 2023 by Textile Artist Jo Morphett.
